Romain and Thomas, owners of Café Caillou, dreamed of a café like in the old days, in the tradition of Parisian institutions that create the soul of a neigborhood, a place where you get used to go back to for your morning coffee, for lunch, for a pause, in family or with friends. A place where the cuisine is traditional, flavorful and generous and where you let passionates guide you to choose a good bottle of wine.
They are very picky when it comes to the quality of their products, and go to the vineyards in Bordeaux, Loire and Burgundy meet the wine makers and select the best products.
On the sweet side for dessert, their profiteroles & crème brûlée are amazing! They also have an exceptional digestive liqueur: Chartreuse "9ème centenaire" (high quality liquor made with 130 plants, 47° alcohol)!
