It all began in 1991 with the acquisition of our first Parisian house “Apollon Montparnasse”.
Then in 1997, our second home “Hotel de Londres Eiffel” and finally in 2012 the “Signature Saint-Germain-des-Prés” joined our little family group.
We wanted to give these hotels our personal touch, making these charming houses, modern, in the image of our city Paris that we love so much.

The smile of Crismene and Esther welcomes you every morning from 7am to 10 am for a typical French Buffet breakfast, served in our lovely living room.
An in-room continental breakfast can be served, with an extra.
A large range of fresh products (fromage blanc, apple compote, yogurts, fruit salad, dried fruits, cake, ham cheese, dried sausage, toasts, cereals, hot drinks and fruit juices) are offered on the buffet with artisanal croissants and “baguette tradition” which are delivered daily by the local baker, a delightful mix of flavors to well start your day!
