Chef Christian Constant is leaving rue Saint-Dominique for good, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. He sells his Café Constant to Cyril Lignac who immediately opens the Café Lignac. Café Lignac boasts a cuisine rooted in tradition, made up of gluttony and emblematic French dishes. In this typically Parisian café atmosphere - with a counter, continuous service and a daily special - guests can feast on classic recipes. Sharing, tradition and transmission are at the heart of this new address.
